Why you should be filing your Job Info with Console.

Be informed.

Stay on top of things in REALTIME when times are busy or multiple jobs are going on at once.

A Place For Job Forms.

Digitize your paper workl: Safety Forms, Daily Reports etc. and link to them in one spot.

A picture is worth..

In construction a picture can be worth thousands of DOLLARS; keep all of your photos and notes for a job saved in a convenient place, accessible for years to come for anyone on the crew that has been given permission to access job-tracking.

Site Location

How do I get there? Who do I talk to? What PPE do I need? All in one spot, so you are not answering the phone at 5 am.

En Español  Console can be used in Spanish!

We recently became an AISC Certified Steel Erector, and we have to keep track of a lot of paperwork. You have to file non conformances, file RFIs, keep equipment inspections, rod oven inspections, a lot of paperwork! Console keeps links to forms online Anyone can go there, click the link and they have  the drawings for that job. Same for all our reports. This is extremely helpful to us. It saves us a lot of time. Everything is all in one place.

Digitize You Paperwork

We all hate paperwork. But we can make it easier. Job Folder offers a spot to keep all your digital forms. These can be accessed and filled out as needed.

Job Notes

Why did we use #6 instead of #4?

A single place for each job to keep all your notes, decisions and change orders.

Document schedule changes and delays

Photos & Videos

A Picture is worth a 1000 words. A video is worth?

Save that photo of the new great lake that was your jobsite. That will be useful later.

Did you finish the work? Take a Pic. A Job well Done!

Job Message Board
